Malk Organics started in my kitchen in Houston with no investors and no roadmap — just a clean product and the belief it deserved to exist. Getting to national retail distribution meant learning CPG operations, brand strategy, co-manufacturing, and supply chain all at once. I built the muscle for every piece of it.

Since then I've led marketing and operations across multiple consumer brands — food, wellness, and retail — in roles that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. That's the experience I bring to the women-owned product businesses and CPG startups I work with today.

Most of my clients are somewhere in the messy middle: past the idea stage, not yet at the point where the business runs without them. That's exactly where having a CPG advisor who has done it herself makes the most difference.
